COVID-19 MEASURES
We have updated our hygiene protocols to meet with current circumstances. We kindly ask that
you take a moment to read the following points.
Access to residencies by non-guests is prohibited. Each residency should accommodate the persons registered during check-in. Any modification must first be confirmed by reception.
Decorative objects, extra pillows, cushions, covers and clothes hangers are removed from the rooms, in order to facilitate the cleaning and disinfection process. Please let us know what you need. Each item is cleaned and disinfected before offered to a new guest.
For the summer of 2020, guests will be required to check-out at 11:00 and check-in at 15:00. This change is mandatory by Decision Nr. 1881/29.05.2020 of the Greek Government, in order to ensure the thorough cleaning, disinfection and ample airing of the rooms between guests.
Maid Service is offered daily until 15:30 and only if guests are not in the room. If you do not wish to be disturbed until that hour, or if you do not wish to exit your room during the cleaning process, your room will not be cleaned. Daily maid service will include airing of the apartment, waste removal, a thorough cleaning and disinfection of bathroom and disinfection of all surfaces. According to Decision Nr. 1881/29.05.2020 of the Greek Government, contact between cleaning personnel and residents must be minimised in order to avoid the possibility of spread. For this reason, for 2020 maid service does not include washing of used cooking utensils. Cleaning personnel will not come in contact or move personal items, even if that means that a certain area of the room cannot be thoroughly cleaned. Towels and bed linens are changed every 3 days.
Before a new guest checks in, each room is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and allowed ample natural airing. The following actions also take place: Room keys are disinfected with an alcohol solution. The transparent film protecting remote controls is replaced. Shower curtains, where available, are replaced. All kitchenette utensils are washed and disinfected using approved detergents. A steam cleaner is used to disinfect curtains Air condition filters are sprayed with a disinfectant solution
All detergants and disinfectants used are approved by the Greek National Pharmaceuticals Association.
